Land acquisition due diligence is a highly intensive and very pivotal point of our projects which includes investigating and evaluating a potential route or certain area of land before a project start date, as well as throughout that project. Our due diligence generally involves reviewing the land's ownership history, titles, liens, encumbrances, easements, and any potential high-profile landowners which may affect the land's usability. We can verify zoning, and planning regulations, that might affect the overall constructability and timelines of the potential project. We also provide financial due diligence to estimate projected costs associated with the land acquisition.
